the hotel location was ideal for waterfront access. i could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast had many choices and the service was good. they organized airport transfers quickly.
the balcony lacked seating. i found this strange since there was no way to enjoy it. the tv navigation was difficult to use. the usb socket in my room didn't work either.

the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the v&a waterfront.
the room i had was not up to par. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly, disrupting my sleep and i requested a quiet room but noise from the hallway was constant, especially early in the morning with housekeeping. the staff did not seem concerned about my complaints.

i found staff were attentive to needs. the room featured a desk, offering a dedicated workspace. i appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board in the room. the provided safe ensured security for valuables .
i noticed the telephone system experienced a temporary disruption. i was unable to make outside calls from my room. this required me to visit reception for each call.
