mixed feelings about this stay
The stay had some issues. my room had a very musty odor, it was persistent, even with the windows open. the corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, this really bothered me. housekeeping seemed inconsistent. Some days the room was super clean, others it felt rushed.

Wonderful Stay Close to the Waterfront
friendly staff large selection
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.. I was always greeted with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of options, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. I found the location perfect for exploring the nearby attractions on foot.
The air conditioning in my room was quite loud, difficult to sleep comfortably. I recommend a maintenance check to address noise level to improve future stays.

spacious suite mountain view friendly staff
the room was a standout with wonderful views the restaurant staff were very friendly which i appreciated.
i observed that the room wasn't ready upon my arrival so the hotel should address this matter.

the hotel location was ideal for waterfront access. i could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast had many choices and the service was good. they organized airport transfers quickly.
the balcony lacked seating. i found this strange since there was no way to enjoy it. the tv navigation was difficult to use. the usb socket in my room didn't work either.

noisy air conditioning unconcerned staff
the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the v&a waterfront.
the room i had was not up to par. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly, disrupting my sleep and i requested a quiet room but noise from the hallway was constant, especially early in the morning with housekeeping. the staff did not seem concerned about my complaints.

i found staff were attentive to needs. the room featured a desk, offering a dedicated workspace. i appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board in the room. the provided safe ensured security for valuables .
i noticed the telephone system experienced a temporary disruption. i was unable to make outside calls from my room. this required me to visit reception for each call.
